Really apple? Really? Are you serious?
It looks like as of today Apple has now started to charge all iPhone and iPod touch users to re download apps over the air. Those who have deleted apps on their device and want to reinstall them over 3G or WiFi will have to pay for the app again, or you can snyc the apps back to your device via your computer for free.
Comon Apple! You can do better than this!

    Pure fail.

  2. PalmerD Says:

The apps that this affects are random. Many purchased apps can still be downloaded. It doesn’t matter about the size, the price, the upload date, or anything else about the app. Nobody knows what the rules for this will be.

Really Weird I must say! I hope apple over turns this. 100% of my downloaded apps are over the air to my iPhone. I never download apps through iTunes on my Mac.
