This is an official AT&T video that provides a first look at pricing and availability for the new iPhone 3G S.
While this video is good for “new and qualifying” customers, it useless to those who already have an iPhone and want to upgrade.
In this podcast we talk to a representative from AT&T about how much it will cost to upgrade to a New iPhone 3GS if you are not eligible for an upgrade. If you have any phone on ATT with a existing contract that is not over yet, this podcast is for you! If you are also looking to pre order your iPhone 3GS but you are not eligible for an upgrade , you need to hear this important information!

Yesterday during Apple’s World Wide Developers Conference (WWDC) Phil Schiller, and Scott Forstall announced the new iPhone 3.0 software release. The iPhone software is set to be released on June 17th 2009. Throughout the conference both Phil and Scott presented some remarkable new features set to be on the new release of iPhone 3.0 OS. But they left iPhone internet tethering from ATT in the dark. They mentioned the option to use your iPhone as a internet hub for your laptop or other computing device but said all networks do not support this feature. This feature on 3.0 features the ability to use a USB connection or bluetooth to connect your laptop to your iPhones 3G internet. Unfortunately AT&T will not be offering internet tethering from iPhone right off the bat. An AT&T Rep is said to have confirmed that Tethering is in the works for U.S. customers but that nothing could be announced at this time.

Its less than 12 hours away from the big World Wide Development Conference (WWDC) keynote presentation. This head keynote speaker is said to be Phill Shiller, Apple’s vice president of product marketing not the usual Steve Jobs.
The Apple News Weekly staff produced these final predictions:
What is going to be announced for sure:
-The New iPhone 3.0 OS
-Snow Leopard
Likely:
- New iPhone Hardware (if not at WWDC, then later on this month or early next month)
Unlikely:
-Apple Announcing an apple tablet computer.
What we would like:
-For the iPhone to be called the iPhone Video, iPhone 2009, or something other than iPhone3Gs.
- Steve Jobs to reappear into the public eye at the keynote presentation.

Rating: 10 out of 10 !!
Pros: A small pocketable battery that holds an amazing charge. Holds enough charge to almost charge two iPhones! Great looking device that matches the iPhone 3G theme perfectly. Works with any iPod. (except iPod Shuffle)
Cons: Limits listening capabilities on the iPod Nano 4G while using iPWR.
(but still charges iPod very nicely)
Overall: This is the best external battery for the iPhone, it charges the iPhone fully with enough left in the battery to almost fully charge another iPhone. It also works on all iPods with 30 pin connectors (thats all iPods except the iPod shuffle) It was such a good device for the iPhone that we had to award it the best of iPhone award.
You can purchase iPWR directly for only $59.95 at: iPWR.com
